Creating a New Project in TI CCS

• From the main window, choose Project -> New CCS Project
• Choose the options as follows:
  
  Pay special attention to the Target (Tiva TM4C123GH6PM) and the Connection (Stellaris In-Circuit Debug Interface). You can name the project whatever you would like.
